A lead is a company contact you add to a list (export to your CRM or sequence). A credit is what you spend to reveal that contact's email or phone. Each plan has a lead-export cap (Free 500, Build 5K, Grow 25K, Scale unlimited) and a separate monthly credit budget that you size with the dropdown.

Yes credits roll over forever as long as your subscription is active. If you don't use everything in a month, it stays in your wallet for the next one.

You can top up at the same per-credit rate as your plan, or upgrade to a higher tier and we'll prorate the difference. Lead exports keep working you just can't reveal new emails or phones until you refill.

Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month cancel any time before the next billing date. Yearly plans run for 12 months at the discounted rate; you can still upgrade mid-cycle and we'll prorate. Downgrades take effect at the renewal date.
