Yampa set up one prospecting flow from Sales Navigator to HubSpot, so its account executives spend their time on calls.

The stack

## The stack, _before and after._

Yampa kept Sales Navigator and HubSpot. Everything in between, the company lists, the enrichment and the hand matching in a spreadsheet, moved into Pipecorn.

The problem

## Where Yampa _got stuck._

* Yampa builds AI agents that answer customers for retail, e-commerce, finance and utility companies. It sells to Heads of Customer Experience, Customer Relations Directors and CIOs at companies of 200 people and more.
* Every month the goal was about 1,000 to 1,500 new contacts from two Sales Navigator seats, enriched, cleaned and in HubSpot.
* The routine took Quentin about a day. Sales Navigator, then Evaboot for the company lists, then Zeliq to export and enrich page by page, then a CSV, then a Google Sheet with colour codes to match companies by hand, then the HubSpot import.
* Duplicates crept into HubSpot. Catch-all emails and gaps in the data kept the bounce rate high, and nobody could tell where an old file had come from.

> As long as I have to build huge spreadsheets with exports, imports, conditional colours and formulas everywhere to enrich, make an API call, verify, then re-enrich what was verified... I think that's where the value is.

Quentin Pizenberg, Director of Marketing & Partnerships, Yampa

The solution

## How Pipecorn _solved it._

Yampa looked at FullEnrich, RocketReach, Airscale and TamTam, kept Zeliq in the comparison, and signed with Pipecorn in December 2025\. What decided it was having the list, the cleaning, the enrichment and the HubSpot sync in one tool. The team now builds a persona from job titles and a company list, extracts the leads from Sales Navigator, lets Pipecorn qualify or disqualify each one against the persona, enriches the rest and pushes them to HubSpot, where Pipecorn skips anyone already there.

* Persona from job titles, applied automatically to every extracted lead.
* Waterfall enrichment for emails and phones.
* HubSpot sync with de-duplication, plus fixed fields (Persona P1 to P4, Source, Source details) on every push.
* Job-change signals that create the new contact in HubSpot.

> I think this feature is exceptional. When the data is right from the moment you push it, it's perfect.

Quentin Pizenberg, Director of Marketing & Partnerships, Yampa

How the team operates

## One person runs prospecting, sales call and close.

Since spring 2026 Yampa runs prospecting from one seat. Benjamin builds the lists and the signals, and the account executives spend their time on calls.

ProspectingBenjaminBuilds personas and account lists, extracts and qualifies leads from Sales Navigator, and pushes them to HubSpot with their persona and source.

Use cases

## 3 ways Yampa uses Pipecorn.

1. 01
### Persona fields land in HubSpot with every contact
Quentin asked to tag every pushed contact with its persona and source, so HubSpot workflows could route them. Pipecorn shipped it within days.
> That's the best news of Q1!! Congrats on shipping fast (a week before my scheduled follow-up, haha)!!
Quentin Pizenberg, Director of Marketing & Partnerships, Yampa
2. 02
### 4,500 dormant leads scored again by persona
Yampa had about 4,500 inactive leads in HubSpot. Pipecorn built 'apply a persona to a lead list' for them, so the team could keep the ones that still fit and drop the rest.
3. 03
### Sales look up a phone number when an account opens up
Account executives use the Chrome extension when a customer refers someone or when they map an account they are working.
> On the sales side, we still use it to find emails and phone numbers.
Romain Didier-Dantès, Account Executive, Yampa
